Pop-Up Domination: Yes it is not the least annoying thing in the world, but you will be SHOCKED when you see how much your email conversions go up with this guy installed. I mean shocked. Carbonite: This should really be everybody’s first step. For a few dollars a month, you will have Carbonite automatically back up everything you do, real time, and in the cloud. This is incredible for a number of scenarios. Computer crashed…Carbonite is there. You want to migrate computers? Simply press one button and everything from your old cpu will be seamlessly placed on your new cpu. Last example…what if you are on vacation and want to access a document? Log into carbonite from any cpu and grab it…it’s waiting! Don’t delay on this one. Peace of mind now! Carbonite!

- Google Analytics: Google’s free website tracking and analytical tool. A must have for anyone with any type of website.
Clicky:Clicky is just like Google Analytics, except it’s easier to use, and you can view how many people are on your site (and what they are doing) in real time! Your first site is free.
Google Optimizer: This is another free tool from google where you can test different webpages of the same content, only changing one or two things, so you can see which one works/converts best. It’s basically a website optimizer testing tool.
Advertising Stuff
Google Adsense: Make money by placing relevant ads on your website that are generated from advertisers using Google Adwords. This is free to use, but you have to register for an account.
Google Adwords: If you want to begin advertising on Google, you can select keywords and locations and you pay each time someone clicks on your advertisement.
SpeechPad: This is the service I use to get transcripts done for my podcasts and videos.
